An Extra Hand Concierge and Residential Services is currently owned and operated by myself, Loraine Ragsdale. I have been a resident of the San Bernardino Mountains since 1992. I decided to create this company because as an accountant I would work countless hours and never had time to do the things that I wanted to do. Weekends were spent on errands, catching up on housework and laundry. I always had too much to do and not enough time in which to do it. 

    As a San Bernardino Mountain resident, I discovered that there is a need for a reliable local resource to take care of the little things that needed to be done around the house. In addition, many visitors come to our resort community to enjoy the beauty and refuge that our mountain and lakes have to offer. Spending time on a relaxing walk thru the woods or enjoying the lake, instead of grocery shopping or preparing their cabin, would be a much more enjoyable experience for our part-time residents.
